Two-Year Limited Warranty

YOUR SATISFICATION IS GUARANTEED. MyHeatSinks Pte. Ltd. (“MyHeatSinks”) warrants that any heat sink or its attachment hardware manufactured by MyHeatSinks will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years. The term of this warranty begins on the initial purchase date, or the date of receipt of the product by the purchaser, whichever is later. MyHeatSinks reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping the MyHeatSinks product to MyHeatSinks for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to MyHeatSinks within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original packing slip, invoice, or other documentation MyHeatSinks deems acceptable) for the product. MyHeatSinks, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated packing slip or invoice as evidence of the original purchaser’s date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. To return a product to MyHeatSinks, please first contact us through our website or at one of the telephone numbers listed on our website to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and proper shipping instructions and address. Reference the RMA number on your package and return the product within 15 days. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. Decisions regarding abuse or misuse of the product are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment that the product is designed for. This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by MyHeatSinks, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law. The two year limited warranty does not apply to non-heat-sink products, such as fans or blowers, which have a one (1) year limited warranty. LIMIT OF LIABILITY Liability under this Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at our option, the product returned, shipping cost prepaid to MyHeatSinks. Shipping cost to MyHeatSinks is the responsibility of the purchaser. In no event will MyHeatSinks or any seller be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, users shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and users assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
