Principle


This apparatus is according to AMCA210-07 standard structures. The air flow rate and pressure measurement methodology:
  1. Fan Static Pressure Measurement:
    1. In Fig. 12 structure, the fan static pressure is the differential pressure between static pressure in PL7 and barometric pressure.
    2. In Fig. 15 structure, the fan static pressure is the differential pressure between total pressure in PL8 and barometric pressure.
  2. Flow Rate Measurement:
    • By Bernoulli equation, the velocity in nozzle is calculated from the air density and differential pressure between PL5 and PL6.
