Standard heat pipes come with sintered, micro-groove or compound wicks. Diameters include 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12.7mm, and length ranges from 60 to 600 mm. All heat pipes are 100% individually tested for thermal efficiency and reliability.

Vapor chambers are similar to heat pipes in their wick structures and operation mechanisms. They can quickly spread heat from one point to a 2D or 3D surface. Their effective thermal conductivity is more than 10 times of copper’s.
