MyHeatSinks (MHS) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified heat sink manufacturer headquartered in California, USA.  We specialize in the design, manufacturing, research, and prototyping of thermal management products, including high-performance heat sinks, heat pipes, and vapor chambers.  The industries we serve include semiconductors, electronics, computers, telecommunication, LED lighting, and medical equipment.  We take pride in our global presence, serving customers across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

MyHeatSinks operates a 7,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Livermore, California, and 70,000-square-foot facilities in Guangzhou, China.  Our product lines include:

MHS has a highly skilled engineering team of thermal, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineers. Educated in some of the world’s most prestigious universities, many of our engineers have advanced engineering degrees and training certificates from Mentor Graphics (“FloTHERM”) and Ansys (“Icepak”).  Their combined expertise forms the foundation of our ability to develop thermal solutions for leading technology companies around the globe.

In partnership with Longwin Science and Technology Corporation, MyHeatSinks operates a cutting-edge research laboratory in Livermore, California. This facility is equipped with the latest thermal research technologies, including an AMCA 210 wind tunnel, a thermal interface material (TIM) tester, a heat pipe tester, a forced-convection evaluation platform, and other advanced tools. The laboratory supports our research and serves as a resource for customers in the IT, telecommunications, automotive, and LED lighting industries.
